Marketing and communication for a technical innovation


Situation

A young enterprise began marketing activities for an innovative technology, a wood gassifying power station. The prototype was about to be built. The subsidiary responsible for sales and project development was working in cooperation with the construction department and the owner of the technology a university professor.

Implementation

As in any start-up company, secondary tasks had to be managed. We developed an organizational structure for the coordination of strategic alliances. Together with the board we developed a marketing strategy.

We then revised the corporate design incorporating it into letterhead, new brochures and other printed materials as well as creating the homepage. We took on the task of planning the opening celebration for the first power plant and the company representation at an exhibit show. In addition, we were responsible for developing the company's advertising plan.

The cooperation between >innovation + marketing< and the young enterprise resulted in the company receiving highly qualified marketing and communication services without having an expensive marketing specialist on the payroll.
