Restructuring of a marketing plan to optimize a manufacturer's assortment of containers (transporting vehicles).


Situation

A traditional, long-standing company was acquired by its supplier. The brand name, the manufacturing process, and especially the core business and sales needed to remain unchanged. The company needed to know which elements needed to be changed.

Realization

We began working on the corporate design, which resulted in the design of a new company brochure.

Together with the CEO we developed a customer-friendly, new product structure for the assortment. We developed a product identification system in hierarchical order, and we designed the merchandise catalogue for easy handling. This resulted in having to develop a new presentation of the product groups described in tables.

In addition, we created a new exhibition booth design from products manufactured by the company.
